Quit Smoking

“Cigarette smoking is injurious to health”. With every packet of cigarette we buy, we see this statutory warning. Yet we fail to quit. Cigarette is a passive killer. It not only harms the one smoking but also causes a lot of respiratory ailments to those in close vicinity of a smoking person. Before you lose out your lungs and eventually your life and that of your dear and near ones, stop and shun the habit. Quit smoking benefits you the most. It prevents lung cancer, whooping cough and other respiratory ailments. Quit smoking benefits your surroundings too, the people around you from getting ill by asthma, allergy or cough. There have been many health care campaigns set up to detach people from the habit. Many herbal medicines and drugs have now come up to remove the urge of smoking. Awareness programs are being set up. It’s high time to take care of your health and join hands with the people making the effort to help others shun smoking. Quit smoking, benefit your life, others and live long.
